Diet! Diet! Diet!

I think Diet is the HARDEST one in the world!!!
I tried so many diet, but it gaves me a YO-YO phenomenon!
Especially whenever I try to skip my meals, I always lost my weight!
But, after I started to eat again, It gives me so many kilograms than I lost!
T^T

What can I do??
Tell me What i have to do is!!!

  1. I think we have to NOT think about dieting, but think about our overall lifestyle (how we eat, when we eat, what we eat, etc.) The yo-yo phenomenon happens to a lot of people because they think that they will diet for one month and that will be enough.

    DON'T skip meals!!!! That is very unhealthy for you!! Just plan in advance what you will eat and stick to that schedule. You have to eat throughout the day to give you energy, but think about what you eat-that is important. And when you eat too.

    Just my suggestions ^^ Stay healthy and take good care of yourself!
